Earlier this September, in the time when time existed, I sat down in my studio to unwind and decided to take a class. I am always looking to learn new and better ways to improve and every once in a while, those skills go into the toolbox. This is definitely one of those times!
I decided to take Brandi Hofer's Portrait Class. She was a fellow Art Queen, a total badass juggling her creative world
with her family (and doing it beautifully).
My testimonial: Here it is, do it. Take the class. This class was fun, it set me up for success, and it was easy. All the pressures and thoughts that normally loom over my head when I paint were gone.
Brandi takes you by the hand and guides you through a series of videos from the beginning. Starting with how to take you photographs to set yourself up for success, to preparing your paper down to bring it to life with finishing touches. She also provides a PDF version of the class that you can print with brainstorming ideas, drawing challenges, and journal prompts to help you get started and delve deeper into your purpose.
I loved this class and will recommend it to anybody that asks.
